Interaction Situation
The user and the robot are engaged in a game where the user has to perform well on a certain task. The robot appeals to the user’s ambition and fighting spirit, by uttering its doubts about the user’s skills, encouraging her to do her best and show her true skills and refute the robot’s claim.
Solution
Let the robot express that:
- That it is not convinced about the user’s skills through a meaningful dynamic body expression (Doubtful)
- It feels superior to the user through an upright posture including, if possible, a lifted head and hostile face (Showing dominance).
- Its operation mode is <on> setting the status light to permanently glowing. (Operation mode on)
